I make iPhone apps.
I'm an iOS engineer in Cologne. By day I build features for Parship, eharmony and ElitePartner. The rest of the time I make my own apps under the name Applestan: small, careful tools I wanted to exist.
A bit about me.
I've been building for iPhone since 2016. Some of the apps I've worked on include online shopping apps, travel social network, and camera and text-recognition features. Currently, I'm building features for Parship, eharmony and ElitePartner at PE Digital. I focus on the details that make an app feel right: fluid interactions, reliable data, and clear, focused design.

- iOS Engineer at PE Digital, since 2023. Swift, SwiftUI, UIKit, Combine and a lot of async/await.

- Perfect-iD in Cologne, arconsis in Karlsruhe, App-Tec, and three years of freelancing.
- Studied
- MSc in Communication & Media Engineering at Hochschule Offenburg, with a thesis on UI/UX design across mobile platforms. BSc in IT Engineering before that.
